055 INTAKE PANELS

--Our Series 55 standard tacky intake panel is the industry standard for crossdraft booth intake filitration.  The Series 55 panel provides an excellent capture rate of 75 percent on 10 micron particles, and is heat sealed to a 9-gauge internal wire frame for easy installation.  It consists of two layers of 100 percent polyester material treated with tackifier on the air leaving side, with a total thickness of 1.5”.  Series 55 panels are available in standard sizes of 20”x20”, 20”x25”, 20”x46”, 20”x48”, 20”x50”, and 24”x24”.  They are also available as linked prefilter panels depending on your specific needs.

 

066 INTAKE PANELS

--Our Series 66 DustLoc tacky intake panel provides a greater 10 micron efficiency than the Series 55 tacky intake panel for crossdraft booth intake filitration.  We recommend this panel for use in higher dust areas or when a paint booth is located in close proximity to sanding and preparation areas.  The Series 66 panel provides a superb capture rate of 82 percent on 10 micron particles, and is heat sealed to a 9-gauge internal wire frame for easy installation.  It consists of two layers of 100 percent polyester material treated with a Dustlock tackifier on the air leaving side, with a total thickness of 2”.  Series 66 panels are available in standard sizes of 20”x20”, 20”x25”, 20”x46”, 20”x48”, 20”x50”, and 24”x24”.  They are also available as a linked panel depending on your specific needs.

 

R-1 INTAKE PANELS

--Our R-1 diffusion intake panel provides the highest 10 micron efficiency for crossdraft booth intake filtration, and also is recommended for use in certain models of downdraft paint booth ceiling filter applications.  The R-1 diffusion panel provides an unmatched capture rate of 98 percent on 10 micron particles, and is heat sealed to a 9-gauge internal wire frame for easy installation.  Unlike our Series 55 and Series 66 intake panels, the R-1 diffusion panel is dry to touch, with tackifier applied in between the two layers of 100 percent polyester material, with a protective scrim-back on the air leaving side.  The R-1 diffusion panel can also withstand temperatures exceeding 150 degrees, making it a sensible solution in a downdraft booth that requires a self-supporting primary intake filter.  R-1 diffusion panels are available in standard sizes of 20”x20”, 20”x25”, 20”x46”, 20”x48”, 20”x50”, and 24”x24”.  They are also available as a linked panel depending on your specific needs.

 

CDM-10

--CDM-10 diffusion media provides ideal and superior diffusion intake air filitration for any and all downdraft and semi-downdraft booth intake filitration applications.  CDM-10 diffusion media is designed with synthetic non-woven fibers thermally bonded and 100 percent tackified, with a 99 percent capture rate on 10 micron particles.  CDM-10 diffusion media is available in any pre-cut size needed, in 66’ master rolls, or as a panel filter sewn to a 9-gauge internal wire frame for easy installation.  CDM-10 diffusion media performs at the same high level as any leading brand of diffusion media on the market today, and withstands temperatures exceeding 150 degrees.

 

R-1

--R-1 diffusion media is recommended for use as a ceiling filter for most prep station applications.  R-1 diffusion media is dry to the touch with tackifier applied between two layers of 100 percent polyester material, with a protective scrim-back on the air leaving side.  R-1 diffusion media is available in any pre-cut size needed, in 135’ master rolls, or as a panel filter sewn to a 9-gauge internal wire frame for easy installation.

 

STANDARD DENSITY GREEN FIBERGLASS PAINT ARRESTOR

--Our standard density green fiberglass paint arrestor is the economic solution for overspray capture of a comprehensive range of automotive and industrial coatings.  This paint arrestor is made of progressively dense, two-stage continuous fiberglass strands with a 2” thickness.  Precut pads have a 12-gram density per square foot, and provide for 98.7 percent overspray capture efficiency, complying with all federal, state and local environmental laws governing overspray capture in the United States.   Master 300’ rolls have a 14-gram density per square foot, and provide for 99.3 percent overspray capture efficiency, exceeding requirements for compliance with all federal, state and local environmental laws governing overspray capture in the United States.  It is available in standard precut pads of 20”x20”, 20”x25”, and 24”x24”, as well as 300’ long rolls ranging from 20” to 60” wide.

 

HIGH-DENSITY YELLOW FIBERGLASS PAINT ARRESTOR

--Our high-density yellow fiberglass paint arrestor provides exceptional performance for overspray capture of a comprehensive range of automotive and industrial coatings.  This paint arrestor is made of progressively dense, two-stage continuous fiberglass strands with a 2.5” thickness.  22 grams of density per square foot makes the yellow fiberglass paint arrestor 50 to 80 percent heavier than our standard density green fiberglass paint arrestor, providing for increased removal efficiency and additional durability.  At a 99.6 percent overspray capture efficiency, the high-density yellow fiberglass paint arrestor exceeds all requirements for compliance with federal, state and local environmental laws governing overspray capture in the United States.  It is available in standard precut pads of 20”x20”, 20”x25,” and 24”x25”, as well as 300’ long rolls ranging from 20” to 60” wide.

 

STAK-GARD

--Stak-Gard paint arrestors consist of progressively dense, two-stage continuous fiberglass strands with an additional layer of 100 percent synthetic polyester sewn to the tightly woven fiberglass scrim backing.  This provides an additional layer of protection and higher overspray capture efficiency than a traditional fiberglass paint arrestor, with an average 99.79 percent overspray capture efficiency that easily complies with all federal, state and local environmental laws governing overspray capture in the United States.  Stak-Gard is available in either 18-gram or 32-gram densities, corresponding with 2.5” and 4” thicknesses.  The 18-gram media is available in 300’ long rolls ranging from 20” to 60” wide, and the 32-gram media is available in 165’ rolls in either 30” or 60” widths.

 

E.P. MEDIA

--Our blue E.P. Media paint arrestors consist of two layers of tight mesh, non-woven polyester fibers, with an average overspray capture efficiency exceeding 99 percent in order to comply with all.  E.P. media is a popular choice for use in a variety of industrial applications.  It is available in standard precut pads of 20”x20” and 20”x25”, as well as rolls ranging from 20” to 60” wide.  We can also custom cut any size pad for your specific needs.

 

PAINT POCKETS

--Paint Pockets paint arrestors are the original all-polyester filter with the highest high-solids paint holding capacity on the market today.  The air entering side of the filter is embedded with three-dimensional, diamond-shaped pockets that provide increased surface area for overspray collection.  With an overspray capture rate of 99.84 percent, Paint Pockets filters exceed the minimum overspray capture efficiency needed to comply with all federal, state and local environmental laws governing overspray capture in the United States.  Paint Pockets are available in the original blue box or in the economy green box.  Paint Pockets is available in quantities of 30 standard precut pads of 20”x20” and 20”x25”, as well as 50’ rolls ranging for 20” to 60” wide.  Paint Pockets Green is available in quantities of 40 standard precut pads of 20”x20” and 20”x25”, as well as 60’ rolls ranging from 30” to 60” wide.

 

WAVE AQUA

--Wave Aqua paint arrestors by Global Finishing Solutions are the first all-polyester filter specifically designed for waterborne paints.  The air entering side of the filter features a zig-zag design that provides increased surface area for overspray collection.  With an overspray capture rate of 99.73 percent, Wave Aqua filters exceed the minimum overspray capture efficiency needed to comply with all federal, state and local environmental laws governing overspray capture in the United States.     Wave Aqua filters are available in quantities of 30 standard precut pads of 20”x20” and 20”x25”, as well as variable roll lengths ranging from 20” to 80” wide.

 

RP PAINT ARRESTORS

--RP paint arrestors are one of the original paint arrestors to ever hit the market.  They are fabricated from slit and expanded Kraft paper, assembled so the air entering side has larger openings than the air leaving side.  They come in both standard efficiency and high-efficiency, with the high-efficiency filter including an extra layer of polyester on the air leaving side for increased overspray capture.  Whether the standard efficiency or high-efficiency model, all RP paint arrestors have a minimum overspray capture rate above 98 percent, complying with all federal, state and local environmental laws governing overspray capture in the United States.  RP paint arrestors come in standard precut sizes of 20”x20” and 20”x25”, as well as variable 45” wide roll lengths.

 

ANDREAE FILTERS

--Andreae filters have been an industry standard paint arrestor since 1963.  The standard efficiency filter is constructed of pleated paper in an accordion shape, with the front V-shaped wall preventing overspray bounce and the deeper V-shaped back wall holding overspray in its pocket.  The high-efficiency filter adds a layer of polyester to the back wall for enhanced overspray capture.  Both the standard efficiency and high-efficiency options have minimum overspray capture rates above 98 percent, complying with all federal, state and local environmental laws governing overspray capture in the United States.  Andreae filters come in standard precut sizes of 20”x20”, 20”x25”, and 36”x30’.

 

EXHAUST BAG FILTERS

--Our exhaust bag filters, also known as cube or extractor filters, are used primarily for final overspray capture in the industrial and aerospace industries.  The standard efficiency filter is constructed of a single layer of one-ounce nonwoven polyester, while the higher efficiency filter adds a second layer of our E.P. media for total overspray capture.  Exhaust bag filters come in a standard 15” single pocket model, as well as dual-pocket model for when expanded surface area is needed.  Exhaust bag filters come in standard sizes of 20”x20”, 20”x25”, and 24”x24”.

 

STYROFOAM PAINT ARRESTORS

--Our Styrofoam paint arrestors remain a popular option for overspray capture without the need for holding grids.  Styrofoam paint arrestors consist of a two-piece interlocking grid of styrene louvers, with tabs on the edges so they fit easily into an exhaust plenum.  They are also fully washable for multiple uses, and are easily disposed of in thinner as part of normal waste, saving the associated headaches with hazardous disposal costs.  Contrary to popular belief, our Styrofoam paint arrestors are laboratory tested at above 98 percent overspray capture efficiency, complying with all federal, state and local environmental laws governing overspray capture in the United States.  Styrofoam paint arrestors come in a standard size of 20”x20”x2”, with a 5”x2” adapter block available for 20”x25” applications.

 

BAG FILTERS

--We are proud to offer a ranging variety of prefilter and exhaust filter bags for paint booths.  Our media is constructed of a 2-ply, scrim-backed, rigid polyester, with each aerodynamic pocket formed to ensure maximum holding capacity.  The first layer of media aids overspray collection, while the second layer consists of denser fibers to trap finer particulates.  Depending on the model of paint booth, the filter either self-seals or slides into the channel via a 13/16” galvanized header.  Prefilter and exhaust bags are available in all standard sizes for OEM paint booths, and we have the ability to custom-make any size for your specific needs.

 

PREFILTER BLANKETS

--Our prefilter blankets are excellent when dual-stage intake filitration is needed for crossdraft paint booths.  Especially popular in urban areas, prefilter blankets can be constructed out of dry white 1-ounce polyester media, our 055 standard tacky polyester media or our 066 DustLoc tacky polyester media.  They are available in either an economical 1” cut-to-fit blanket or a 2-ply cut-to-fit blanket when additional filtration is required.  Prefilter blankets come in standard sizes of 51”x9’ and 60”x9’.  We have the ability to custom cut any size for your specific needs.  If you desire to custom cut your own prefilter blankets, our dry white 1-ounce polyester media is also available in 40-yard rolls, while our 055 standard tacky polyester media and our 066 DustLoc tacky polyester media are available in 30-yard rolls.

 

PLEATED FILTERS

--Our extended surface pleated filters are designed for use in air filtration systems and equipment across a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC applications.  Pleated filters consist of 100% synthetic media bonded to a double-walled, moisture-resistant beverage board frame, ensuring optimum performance in tough applications and high humidity environments.  They come in standard thicknesses of 1”, 2” or 4”, and efficiencies varying from MERV 8 to MERV 13.  We also offer the option of our commercial & industrial disposable filters, designed for light- to medium-duty HVAC applications, with your choice of either fiberglass media or polyester media bonded to a moisture-resistant craft board frame.  The most popular sizes include 12”x24”, 15”x20”, 16”x20”, 16”x25”, 18”x24”, 20”x20”, 20”x24”, 20”x25”, and 24”x24”.  We also offer other standard and semi-standard sizes, and have the ability to have our pleated filters or disposable filters custom made for your specific needs.

 

POCKET FILTERS

--Our extended surface pocket filters are designed for a wide range of medium- and high-efficiency air filtration systems, available in efficiencies ranging from 40 percent to 95 percent.  In order to ensure compliance with indoor air quality specifications, our extended surface pocket filters are offered in either 100 percent dual-layer synthetic media or microfiberglass media, each featuring an aerodynamic pocket design roll formed to a galvanized steel header.  They come in a standard 24”x24” size with variable pocket depths, and are also available to be made in 12”x24”, 20”x20” and 20”x24” sizes.

 

RIGID CELL FILTERS

--Our extended surface rigid cell filters are designed for a wide range of HVAC applications, especially in variable-air-volume (VAV) systems.  We offer efficiencies ranging from 60 percent to 95 percent, constructed with your choice of galvanized steel or wood particle board cell sides, as well as header locations of air entry side, air entry and leaving sides or no header.  Rigid cell filters come in either 6” or 12” depths, as well as 4” thick minipleat filters with either beverage board or galvanized steel frames.  They come in standard sizes of 12”x24”, 16”x20”, 16”x25”, 18”x24”, 20”x20”, 20”x24”, 20”x25” and 24”x24”.

 

HEPA FILTERS

--We are proud to offer HEPA filters that provide the highest possible level of filtration available in commercial and industrial applications where clean air is critical in the protection of people, processes and equipment.  They are constructed of galvanized steel or wood particle board cell sides and an ultrafine fiberglass media formed into a dense high-efficiency paper mat protected by aluminum separators to maintain exact pleat spacing.  Neoprene gaskets are installed on the downstream side of the filter in order to prevent leakage between the filter and frame upon installation.  HEPA filters are available in 99.97 percent and 99.99 percent efficiencies on 0.3 micron size particles, and may be scanned for pinhole leaks upon customer request.  They come in standard sizes of 24”x24”x11 ½”, 23 3/8”x23 3/8”x11 ½”, 24”x12”x11 ½” and 12”x12”x11 ½”, while several less common sizes can also be custom made.
